Accounting Firm Relocates HQ to Fort Worth’s Newest High-Rise

Anthracite Realty Partners signed a 45,872-square-foot lease at Frost Tower Fort Worth (FTFW), a 25-story office building in downtown Fort Worth, TX. The deal with the accounting firm brings the city’s newest high-rise to 70% leased.

Anthracite Realty’s Laura Bird says, “We are honored Whitley Penn has chosen to move their headquarters to FTFW, and we look forward to supporting the firm’s fast-paced growth by offering a forward-thinking environment that attracts and retains top talent.”

The company will be relocating from 1400 West 7th St. in Fort Worth. It plans to create a more collaborative workspace for employees on two floors it plans to occupy in late 2018. The 278,000-square-foot tower opened earlier this year at 640 Taylor St., and is the first high-rise constructed in downtown Fort Worth in more than 20 years.

JLL’s Cannon Camp and Todd Burnette represented the tenant. Stream Realty Partners’ Seth Koschak and Tyler Maner advised the landlord.
