Accounting Firm Leases Full Floors with Irvine Company in LA, OC

Accounting firm Armanino LLP leased 23,450 square feet at Irvine Company’s 2121 Avenue of the Stars in Los Angeles and 22,000 square feet at 400 Spectrum Center in Irvine. The firm will occupy a full floor in each location.

Armanino is one more than 120 companies leasing at more than one location across Irvine Company’s portfolio in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Chicago and New York. The tenant was represented by Danny Rees with CBRE and Randy Parker with Savills.
