Car rental giant Avis Budget Group has leased a 155,234-square-foot office at the LATITUDE office complex in Parsippany, NJ

Accounting Firm Deal Continues Leasing Momentum at Parsippany Complex

Accounting, tax and advisory firm Sax LLP will be relocating this August from Clifton to a 39,810-square-foot office at Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners’ LATITUDE in Parsippany, NJ. The lease occurs shortly after Reckitt Benkiser renewed its 187,500-square-foot offices at the two-building complex, which Vision and Rubenstein are revamping.

“We believe that the continued leasing momentum at LATITUDE reflects our ability to consistently create the most desirable product in the best locations,” said Stephen Card, director of investments and a principal at Rubenstein. “Together with Vision we have made a place for modern businesses, and tenants are embracing it.”

Timothy Greiner and Brendan McBride of JLL represented Sax LLP in this transaction. The property’s ownership was represented by an NKF team of David Simson, Jamie Drummond and Andrew Perrotti and by Vision’s Christine Eberle.
