ACCO Picks Up Pasadena Building for $112M
ACCO Engineered Systems reportedly acquired the former headquarters building of OneWest Bank in Pasadena from JP Morgan & Chase for $112 million. The mechanical contractor is also relocating its headquarters to the six-story, 235,000-square-foot office building located at 888 E. Walnut St.
ACCO plans to take occupancy of roughly 130,000 square feet of space, as it expands from a 60,000-square-foot facility at 6265 San Fernando Rd. in Glendale. The Pasadena space became available last year, when OneWest Bank vacated 190,000 square feet at the property. Other tenants at the Pasadena building include CenFed Bank, Citibank and OpenX.
Cresa’s Ray Howden and Seth Wellisch represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield’s Shaun Stiles advised the seller.
