Accesso Signs Bevy of New Leases at Monroe Plaza

Monroe Plaza, the twin office towers at 200 and 230 W. Monroe St. in the West Loop, added over 125,000 square feet of new leasing in the past six months and introduced Loft 18, a half-floor sized tenant lounge and conference center at 230 W. Monroe.

Paul Einum of Monroe Plaza owner Accesso Partners said AIDS Foundation leased 33,349 square feet; Risk Connect leased 20,000 square feet; Dialysis Center leased 11,673 square feet; and RTM Engineering leased over 5,000 square feet at 200 W. Monroe.

Next door, at 230 W. Monroe, the law firm of Sweeney and Sharkey leased 6,000 square feet; Falkenberg, a financial services firm, leased 4,000 square feet; Point B, a management consulting firm, leased over 5,000 square feet; and accounting firm Smith & Cull leased nearly 5,000 square feet.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Andrea Saewitz, Mark Baby and Ben Cleveland is handling leasing.
