Accesso has secured a two-year loan extension for 1515 Market St., a more than 500,000-square-foot, office property located in the heart of Philadelphia’s commercial office district.

The extension includes an option for an additional year, and Accesso plans to continue its value creation strategy at the property through a strategic repositioning. “This loan extension is a vote of confidence in Accesso’s ability to successfully reposition 1515 Market, an initiative that will be critical to the building’s continued success given the current flight to quality in the U.S. office market,” stated Deb Kolar, Chief Asset Officer / General Manager for Accesso.”

Accesso’s repositioning plan for the property includes further updates to its conference center and lobby. Additionally, the firm plans to create rent-ready spec suites, offering turnkey solutions for tenants that will be suitable for all types of businesses. Planning for the renovations is currently underway, and they are expected to be completed in 2026.
