Accesso Granted Extension for Major Austin Mixed-Use Project
In 2020, Florida-based property owner Accesso Partners secured zoning to add 800,000 square feet of office space, 1,800 multifamily units, a 340-room hotel, and 80,000 square feet of retail space to 7700 Parmer, an Austin office campus that was already at 911,573 square feet.
The Austin Business Journal reports Accesso said it filed to extend the permit, which had been set to expire this year. A city of Austin representative confirmed that the extension was approved and the new expiration date is Sept., 2026.
According to the site plan approved in September 2022, the planned work at 7700 Parmer would take place in phases and would grow the campus to more than 3 million square feet, with new buildings and structured parking rising in place of the campus’ expansive parking lots.
