Hallandale-FL-based Accesso, an investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office and multifamily assets, and tenant Chime Solutions have agreed on a 40,000-square-foot multi-year lease agreement at the Innovation Park office complex in Charlotte, NC.

Charley Leavitt with JLL represented Accesso. Sam Pruitt with Site Selection Group brokered the transaction on behalf of Chime Solutions, a nationally certified Minority Business Entity that creates customer care experiences for its clients across many industries.

Innovation Park amenities include two fitness centers, multiple conference rooms, a tenant lounge, outdoor seating areas and walking paths, and electric vehicle charging stations plus dedicated resources to support mental and physical well-being through the Accesso Club.

Located on IBM Drive, just 15 minutes from Uptown, Innovation Park is situated on 200 acres and features 12 buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet. The campus is located on IBM Drive about 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte.
