Accesso Buys 76 Acres to Build Orlando Entertainment District

Accesso purchased over 76 acres of land located at the northeast intersection of Interstate 4 and U.S. 192 in Osceola County, within the Orlando MSA, to develop Ovation Orlando, a $1 billion master-planned mixed use entertainment district slated to break ground in Q1 2026. The site was acquired for over $70 million. It’s located about a mile east of Disney, across from Celebration.

Designed to become Orlando’s next signature destination, Ovation Orlando will offer 670,000 square feet of retail, dining, including musical themed restaurants, lifestyle amenities, culture, entertainment, 740 hotel rooms and condos, and other attractions.

Once complete, the property will feature multiple hotels, including a 4-star, full-service hotel with 350 rooms, as well as two select-service hotels with 150 rooms and 175 rooms. Retail offerings will include upscale brands, new concepts as well as unique corporate flag attractions. Entertainment options will encompass live music, comedy, bowling and other themed attractions, in addition to dining and nightlife establishments.
