Accesso Adds Tenants at Monroe Plaza, 60K-SF of New Leases
Monroe Plaza in Chicago welcomed new tenants and renewals as Accesso signed nearly 60,000 square feet of leases at the property. Based in Hallandale Beach, Florida, Accesso is a fully integrated investment manager and operator of multi-tenant office and multifamily assets.
The leases reflect a combination of new agreements and renewals at the office complex, which is located at two towers at 200 and 230 W. Monroe St. in the West Loop. Both buildings feature conference and meeting spaces equipped with topline technology systems and desirable floorplans for both full-floor and multi-tenant configurations. Mason Taylor, Karoline Eigel and Paige Krueger from Cushman & Wakefield represented Accesso in the transactions.
New leases at Monroe Plaza include JFMC Facilities Corporation, the real estate arm of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago, and PartsTrader, the leading cloud-based parts procurement platform for the collision repair industry. Renewals include Great American Insurance Group, Intersect Illinois, Rex Electric, and EFG Group LLC.
