Academy Hill Realty Acquires Retail Property in Swampscott for $19M

Academy Hill Realty has acquired a 35,907-square-foot retail property leased to Whole Foods Market in Swampscott, MASS. The sales price was reported as $19.2 million.

Whole Foods has occupied the building, which sits on more than five acres, for 15 years. The property is approximately 30 miles northeast of Boston.

Chris Angelone, Nat Heald and Eric Suffoletto of JLL represented the seller, Regency Centers, in the transaction.
