ABS RE Completes 6 Leases Across Midtown South

ABS Partners Real Estate completed six new leases in Midtown South. The firm’s Ronald Zimmerman and Ian Weiss closed deals across five properties:

• Boom Shakalaka relocated to 5,500 square feet at 260 Fifth Ave, represented by Zimmerman and Weiss. Kaufman’s Michael Heaner represented ownership.
• Unifor leased 5,000 square feet at 152 Madison Ave., represented by NKF. Zimmerman and Weiss represented landlord Heskells.
• At 9 E. 37th St., MindGym subleased 5,000 square feet to Epsilon Holdings Ltd. Zimmerman and Weiss represented MindGym; Vestian’s Joe McLaughlin and Brian Wilson represented Epsilon. Also, Zimmer and Weiss represented ownership in a 5,000-square-foot lease to Continuum Media. NKF’s Alex Leopold represented Continuum.
• At 19 W. 36th St., Kenneth Jay Lane Jewelers took 5,200 square feet. Boom Town Realty represented the tenant; Zimmerman and Weiss represented ownership.
• Site Safety, represented by Savills, leased 4,200 square feet at 49 W. 38th St. Zimmerman and Weiss represented ownership.
