ABM Plans Sugar Land Relocation

ABM Industries Inc., a facility maintenance company, announced plans to relocate its corporate shared services operations to Sugar Land, TX. The company will occupy approximately 62,000 square feet at the 515,152-square-foot Sugar Creek on the Lake office building at 14141 Southwest Fwy. PM Realty Group owns Sugar Creek. ABM plans to bring approximately 390 jobs over the next two years to the southwest Houston suburb.

An incentive package created by the city’s Office of Economic Development and approved by the Sugar Land Development Corp. attracted ABM to the area. Also involved in the relocation was the Greater Houston Partnership, when it became known that the company was seeking out other potential sites.
