Abington MF Portfolio Sold for $3M 

Adams Street Portfolio in Abington, Massachusetts, was sold for $2.8 million. The portfolio comprising three multifamily properties located at 401, 409, and 411 Adams Street, spans 1.2 acres.  

The Abington portfolio consists of 16 units, the configuration encompasses one studio, 13 one-bedroom/one-bath units, and two two-bedroom/one-bath units.  

The sale was brokered by Tony Pepdjonovic and Evan Griffith of Marcus & Millichap representing both the seller (an individual/personal trust) and the buyer (a local LLC). “Abington is a town that offers historical charm alongside modern convenience, an easily accessible MBTA station, close proximity to major highways, and a range of recreational amenities,” said Griffith.
