ABI Inks 7K-SF Office Lease in Lowell

The Applied Behavior Institute has signed a 7,047-square-foot office lease at 59 Lowes Way in Lowell, MASS.

The new location reflects Applied Behavior Institute’s plans to offer their services in new markets. According to Marci Alvarado, ABI is planning to expand into many other areas within Massachusetts over the next two years. The property at 59 Lowes Way is one of two four story Class A office buildings in Connector Park. The park is situated on 16 acres along the Route 3 Corridor, in the heart of the 495 North market.

Matthew Quinlan and Alex Berger of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston represented the landlord, Connector Park Equity Partners, in the transaction. Marci Alvarado, also of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group represented ABI.
