ABH Proceeding With Two Wynwood Norte Projects

ABH Developer Group is moving ahead with two projects within Wynwood Norte. Wyn 1, a four-story, 51-unit apartment building at 3333 NW 1st Ave., and Wyn 2, a four-story, 45-unit rental building at 401 NW 34 St.. The company has four other projects under construction in Wynwood Norte. These include Wyn 5, Casa Wyn, Wyn Ave, and W35, which offer 200 residential units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space. MG3 is the general contractor, with Wyn 1 expected to be completed in 2026 and Wyn 2 anticipated to follow shortly thereafter. 

Featuring architecture by Modis and design by Estudio Viviana Melamed, Wyn 1 and Wyn 2 offer tenants layouts that range from 450 to 750 square feet. Amenities include a rooftop pool with views over Roberto Clemente Park, outdoor garden, fitness center, and co-working space.

The Wynwood Norte district is bordered by I-95 to the west and North Miami Avenue to the east, and Northwest 29^th Street to the south and I-195 to the north.
