ABC Supply Inks 87K-SF Office/Warehouse Deal
American Builders Contractors Supply Co. (ABC Supply) signed a long-term lease for an 87,780-square-foot office/warehouse space. The transaction in Garland, TX also included three extra acres for outside storage.
The space at 2660 Market St. will become ABC Supply’s new building materials hub. The property is a half-mile from its current address. Kevin Santaularia and Susan Singer with Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Herzstein Investments Inc. of Houston. Mark Collins of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the tenant.
ABC Supply has begun renovation work on the 8,000-square-foot office, which will house its salesforce and showroom. The relocation is planned for the end of 2017. The tenant is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, window and gutter materials, tools and supplies.
