Aaron Hill Named President of Bixby Land Company 

Newport Beach, CA-based Bixby Land Company promoted Aaron Hill to president, extending an 11-year tenure at the commercial real estate company where he most recently served as EVP and COO. Bill Halford, who has served as president and CEO since 2006, retains his CEO position and continues to lead the company’s strategic vision and growth.

The move is a natural progression for Hill, who has overseen day-to-day operations with a focus on portfolio management for the 120-year-old, privately-held firm. The company’s investment portfolio of industrial and office properties has grown to more than $1 billion.

Bixby Land Company’s Halford says, “Aaron’s leadership and involvement in company operations has been at the highest level, and he is an integral member of our senior management team. He knows every aspect of our business and the nuances of our investment philosophy, and is deserving of this opportunity to extend his leadership to all areas of company operations.”

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
