Aaron Bove is Marcus & Millichap’s New Senior Managing Director
Marcus & Millichap has promoted Aaron Bove to Senior Managing Director, Investments with the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group. Bove, who works out of the San Diego office, will also retain his status as senior director of the Special Asset Services Group.
Bove began his Marcus & Millichap career in 2002, and in his 20 years with the company, has successfully closed more than 450 multifamily, mixed-use and development deals, many of them 1031 exchanges.
Damon Wyler, Marcus & Millichap’s Vice President and Regional Manager said in a news release, “With this promotion, Aaron has earned a prestigious designation within the firm and solidified his reputation as an exceptionally knowledgeable and successful investment professional.”
Added Bove, “It is a great honor to be awarded this designation after years of concentrating on providing value to my clients on both an advisory and brokerage services basis.”
