The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) inked a lease for approximately 58,000 square feet at 2700 NE Interstate Loop 410 in San Antonio. As part of the deal, AACOG has a right to purchase the building in the near future from landlord Berridge Investments. The tenant’s new location will be rebranded, with new AACOG signage added to the exterior.

Amber Austin and Christi Griggs with CBRE represented the landlord in the lease. Phillip Price, Scott Lewis and Neal Golden with NKF negotiated on behalf of the tenant.

The tenant has been working out of 52,000 square feet at 8700 Tesoro Dr. Said AACOG’s Diane Rath: “Not only is the location more visible, the extra office space and increased parking will afford us the opportunity to offer more resources, more classes and more educational workshops for the communities and partners we serve.”
