AAA Takes 150K-SF at Tampa’s Renaissance Center

AAA Inc. signed a 150,000-square-foot lease at Renaissance Center Office Park in Tampa. The company is consolidating offices into an under-construction office building in the Westshore Business District that is slated to deliver in April 2018. AAA expects to take occupancy in mid-2018.

Mountain Lakes, N.J.-based Vision Properties’ acquired the five-building, 573,000-square-foot office park for $108 million in 2016. Last year, it started construction on Building VI, a three-story 111,600-square-foot spec building located on the I-75 Corridor at 8733 Henderson Rd., that was expanded to accommodate the tenant requirements.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while the landlord was self-represented.

The 71-acre campus was originally built by Capital One Financial Corp. in 1997, for its call center operations.
