A10 Capital Adds CRE Veteran John Jardine to Dallas Office
A10 Capital, a commercial real estate lending company, announced that real estate financing veteran John Jardine has joined the company. John joins the firm as Executive Vice President, Originations in the Dallas office.
Jardine has more than 14 years of commercial real estate finance, loan production, capital markets and asset management experience. He will be responsible for originating short-term bridge loans on transitional, value-add properties, and longer-duration fixed-rate loans on stabilized properties. He will place an emphasis on Texas and Midwest markets.
Before joining A10, John closed more than $10 billion CMBS and bridge loans with Deutsche Bank’s Dallas office. A10 Capital’s Jerry Dunn is pleased to be bringing Jardine on, “We are extremely fortunate to have John join our team. His experience and knowledge in real estate financing and asset management will provide more outreach and market knowledge to help us grow and better serve our clients.”
Mr. Jardine is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
