A Theme Park Comes to 11 Times Square

Experience retail will reach a whole new level of intensity when Lionsgate Entertainment comes to 11 Times Square, a 1.1-million-square-foot mixed-use tower in Midtown Manhattan. Leading leisure park operator Parques Reunidos has signed a lease for three floors with a total of 45,000 square feet of space.

Visitors will experience some of Lionsgate’s most-watched movies, as if they were living the films at more than a dozen different attractions. There’s a training course from the Hunger Games, a shooting ride from John Wick, and a dining and lounge experience from Mad Men.

“11 Times Square provides the ideal environment for Parques Reunidos’ unique experiential retail concept, which is poised to benefit significantly from this location’s unrivaled foot traffic, transit access, and proximity to world-class hotels,” said Steven Pozycki, CEO of SJP Properties, which owns the tower in partnership with PGIM and Norges Bank.
