Heatwave: A Slew of O.C. Real Estate Deals
There has been a lot of commercial real estate activity in the Orange County area over the last week.
Burnham-Ward Properties is redeveloping one of its assets in Newport Beach. At 1617 Westcliff Drive, there will be renovation done to add to the property’s exterior, and new retail tenants are expected to be chosen for Castaways Commons.
Meanwhile, CT Realty sold an industrial facility to Rudolph Foods. The 127,688-square-foot asset was traded for $6.3 million.
Additionally, a Chicago-based firm bought Irvine-based Empire Construction, and Buchanan Street Partners picked up a retail center in San Antonio.
