AP starts work on 460K sf Round Rock business park

A & P Gets Going on 460K SF Round Rock Business Park

Adolfson & Peterson (AP) has started construction of IDI Logistics Sunrise Commerce Center in Round Rock, Texas. Located near Interstate 35, the Class A industrial development project – on 37 acres – will consist of five speculative buildings totaling 465,786 square feet that will be constructed in two phases. AP will construct the buildings and perform tenant finishes. Phase 1 is slated for completion in Fall 2023.

The Sunrise Commerce Center facilities are being constructed as tilt-wall, shell buildings with differentiated slab systems and build-to-suit offices. The first phase features three buildings; the 175,170-square-foot Building A features 36-foot clear heights while the 59,274-square-foot Building B and 76,245-square-foot Building C both have 32-foot clear heights.

A Stream Realty Partners team led by Will Nichols is handling all leasing efforts for the Sunrise Commerce Center.
