99K-SF Park 96 Sale Ends 3-Year Hold

Transwestern Investment Group sold Park 96, a 99,000-square-foot industrial asset on behalf of TSP Value and Income Fund I. The three-building complex in Austin went to an undisclosed buyer, officially ending the seller’s less-than-three-year-hold on the property.

Park 96 at 9601 Dessau Rd. was 92.4% leased at the time of sale. Transwestern provided managing and leasing services during the fund’s hold. Tenants included Allied Plastic Supply, Brooks Automation Inc., Wolfram Manufacturing Inc. and Emergent Group LLC.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.

The property delivered in 1999, and each 33,000-square-foot building offers 100-foot rear load with 20-foot clear height. The property offers 28 doc doors and five drive-in ramps.
