993 New Units Coming to San Antonio

Three new apartment complexes, totaling 993 units, are under development/or proposed for San Antonio’s far north and northwest submarkets. This adds to the 16 apartment properties currently under development, totaling 4,385 units.

The proposed/underway projects include:

• An unnamed 335-unit property, on 22 acres next to Tuscany Heights Elementary School in Wilderness Oak. Edge & Stone is the developer of the complex, which could deliver by early 2020.

• Vantage at O’Connor, a proposed 288-unit project on North Loop 1604 West, between O’Connor and Judson Roads. Vantage Communities is the developer.

• The 370-unit Chase Hill, a proposed project planned near Chase Hill Boulevard and Babcock Road. Presidium Group is the developer behind this complex.
