99-Room Hyatt Place at Milwaukee Airport Sells

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of the 99-room Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

“Situated just outside the gates of a top 50 MSA international airport on fee simple land, Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport offers exceptional convenience and accessibility,” said Jon Ruzicka, first vice president investments. “Planned renovations will align the property with the latest franchisor standards, further enhancing the guest experience.”

Ruzicka, Joseph Ferguson, Eric Wagner, Jake Erickson and Jared Plamann, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis and Milwaukee offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.

The four-story hotel, located at 200 W. Grange Ave., sits on 1.56 acres and has been institutionally owned and meticulously maintained for more than 40 years. The upcoming multimillion-dollar air cargo facility at Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport is expected to boost demand for the property, reinforcing its long-term value and the city’s growing connectivity.
