97K-SF for Newark Public Schools at 765 Broad St in Downtown Newark

Newark Public Schools cut the ribbon Jan. 24, 2018 on its new, 97,000-square-foot Central Office space at 765 Broad St., an office tower in Downtown Newark, NJ.

“CBRE is pleased to help Newark Schools in its mission to deliver more resources to students through savings, efficiencies and collaborative space utilization,” said Cheryl Hardt of CBRE, who represented Newark Public Schools in the transaction.

The new Central Office will house 350 employees. A street-level center at 765 Broad St. will be dedicated to family support and community engagement, as well as a science laboratory and technology center in the lower level.
