97-Unit Harlem MF Development Breaks Ground

The Davis Companies recently broke ground on a luxury rental building at 1975 Madison Avenue in Central Harlem, NY.

Featuring 97 apartments, including 30 affordable units, the eight-story structure offers 1- and 2-bedroom layouts with amenities including a fitness center, meditation courtyard, pet spa, and rooftop spaces with skyline views.

“Situated in the dynamic and growing submarket of Central Harlem, 1975 Madison will provide an accessible, more affordable space for those who want to live in a bustling neighborhood, only minutes away from all the city has to offer,” said Bryan Rubin, SVP of Investments at Davis. The project is set for completion in Q4 2025.
