952-Unit Austin Self Storage Facility Bought by Extra Space Storage
Woodland Self Storage was built in 2019 just to the south of Downtown Austin off Interstate 35. It’s surrounded by 8,600 apartment units and 730 new single family homes.
The facility was 70% occupied at the time of the sale and is fully equipped with features such as electronic access control, secure fencing, elevator access and 24-hour video surveillance. Extra Space Storage purchased the asset. JLL Capital Markets marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Endeavor Real Estate Group.
