900 North Michigan Shops Continues Leasing Success Post-Pandemic

After a challenging 2020, 900 North Michigan Shops is showing that it not only weathered the storm, but is coming out on the other side with signs of actual growth to boot.

The luxury retail shopping center, owned by an affiliate of JMB Realty Corporation, had Bloomingdale’s Home and luxury jeweler Ippolita open as last year was winding down, and now confirms that four new retailers will be opening by the end of this year. Another retailer will expand its existing footprint.

Slated to open over the next few months are casual wear brand Psycho Bunny with 2,431 square feet, a 13,976-square-foot My Planet Living Center, Bubbles Academy with 2,124 square feet and Reggie Hathorn in 1,132 square feet.

Brunello Cucinelli will expand from its current 3,328-square-foot location into a new, 4,888-square-foot space at 937 N. Rush St. The new store is slated to open this fall.
