90 North Acquires Net-Leased Healthcare HQ Near Cincy

The Chicago office of 90 North Real Estate Partners, acting as investment advisor to Kuwait-based Rasameel Investment Company, acquired the Ensemble Health Partners headquarters facility in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash, OH. The purchase price was not disclosed.

90 North and Rasameel acquired the net-leased office campus from a local developer. It was formerly the Procter & Gamble Sharon Woods Technical Center. Ensemble’s 15-year lease commenced on June 1.

“The acquisition of the Ensemble Campus underscores the strength and safety in which foreign investors view U.S. real estate,” said 90 North’s Daniel Cooper. “It further reinforces our strategy of acquiring well-leased core and core-plus headquarter-caliber office properties in markets that offer strong, long-term growth potential.”

The campus was completely redeveloped for Ensemble. It consists of a 390,096-square-foot main building, including a newly-constructed 75,554-square-foot addition, and a separate 10,200-square-foot building that will become a conference center.
