8K-SF Craft Food Halls to Open in Allston

Craft Food Halls is expanding its footprint in the Boston area with the upcoming opening of its 10th location at Studio Allston Hotel later this month, Boston Business Journal reported. Situated at 1234 Soldiers Field Road, the new venue will offer nearly 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, featuring live music, events, and what the company claims to be the country’s first sous vide food hall, employing a slow-cooking process.

Visitors can also expect a self-service wall of beer, wine, and cocktail taps. The Studio Allston Hotel, formerly a Days Hotel, welcomed guests in 2018 and previously housed Casa Caña, its onsite restaurant, which ceased operations in 2021. Craft Food Halls’ latest addition joins existing locations in Dorchester, Lexington, Marlborough, Waltham, and Wellesley.
