8901 Gaylord in Houston Sells

DNA Interest LLC sold a two-story, 25,000-square-foot office building at 8901 Gaylord Dr. in Houston. The buyer was 8901 Gaylord LLC. David Carter and John Parsley represented the seller; Guy Brown with Poynter Commercial Properties was on hand for the buyer. The sales price was undisclosed, with the Harris Central Appraisal District assessing the property at $6 million. The asking price was $8.7 million.

Locally based DNA Interests delivered the building in 2008. 8901 Gaylord is a boutique office building that caters to the surrounding neighborhoods of Hunters Creek, Bunker Hill Village and Hedwig Village. Tenants include Brock Capital Group LLC, Solaris Energy Capital, Taylor Real Estate Group Inc., and Wallstreet Texas.
