Pacifica Henderson sold the Madison at Green Valley for $15.4 million. The unit price was $175,000 per unit. The project is located at 2096 Ramrod Avenue in Henderson, NV (Clark County). An Avison Young team led by Patrick Sauter represented the seller and the buyer, Brisas GD.

Originally constructed in 1992, The 88-unit asset provides a two-story garden-style apartment community featuring one- and two-bedroom floor plans with an average unit size of approximately 942 square feet. The property is situated near the Sunset Station Hotel and Casino and Galleria at Sunset. 

Henderson has just over 330,000 residents and has been growing at about 4% a year.
