876-Unit Baltimore Apartment Portfolio List for Sale

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) has been tasked with selling three garden-style apartment properties in Baltimore on behalf of an undisclosed seller.

The three properties, totaling 876 units, are Raven Run, located at 6028 Amberwood Road, Baybrook Village Apartments at 1001 East Jeffrey St., and Greens at Forest Park at 4515 Fairview Ave. The owner has invested over $3 million in capital improvements, including interior renovations, across the portfolio.

The Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Group of TRS, led by Dean Sigmon, Robin Williams and Michael D’Amelio, will market the properties, which can be purchased individually or as a portfolio. “This portfolio offers investors a strategic opportunity to acquire three well-maintained apartment communities near major employment centers,” said Sigmon. “Significant upside potential is available through in-unit upgrades, utility restructuring, and increasing asking rents to market rates on renewals and new leases.”
