Talos Holdings started work on a “new” multifamily luxury rental community in East Mesa. The developer says the individualized living experience, The ONE at Mountain Vista (The ONE) will offer residents a unique alternative to traditional apartment-style living. Licensed life coaches will be living onsite to assist residents in developing their personal life goals by providing support throughout each step of their health and wellness journey.

Located at 10635 E. Hampton, The ONE at Mountain Vista is located off the I-60 freeway with access to a number of nearby fitness opportunities such as hiking trails, and dining options. Key community amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness center and sky lounge.

Talos Holdings secured $85 million in construction financing from Northmarq on the 345-unit project. The ONE at Mountain Vista was designed by Biltform Architecture and is being constructed by EMJ Construction. The project is expected to be completed by Fall 2024.
