Velocis leases out 850K-SF business park

857K-SF Spec Industrial Park Fills Up in Temple

The 857,000-square-foot CenTX35, developed by Velocis and marketed and leased by KBC Advisors, was delivered on spec last year and is fully leased today.

The Austin Business Journal reports the Temple industrial park features a 614,000-square-foot building and a 243,000-square-foot building, Three tenants make up the roster; Reynolds Consumer Products LLC, the maker of household products like trash bags and aluminum foil wrap, which has around 470,000 square feet; SoJo Industries Inc., a New Jersey-based co-packing company for the food and beverage industry, which recently took another 120,000 square feet on top of 145,000 square feet it already had there; and Alumni Educational Solutions, a Canada-based furniture maker that has about 120,000 square feet.

Temple has emerged as a distribution and warehouse hub, with companies like H-E-B and Walmart operating there. A Korean-based specialty steel company with ties to SpaceX is opening a factory in the city. Meta is building a data center.
