84K-SF Austin Highway Business Center Renovated, Ready for Lease
An 83,713-square-foot flex building that once housed a data center for Frost National Bank has been renovated and is now ready for lease. The Austin Highway Business Center, in San Antonio’s northeast submarket, is being marketed for call center or back-office space use.
Worth & Associates acquired the 1970s property, situated on 10.5 acres at 2735 Austin Hwy. in spring 2018 from the San Antonio-headquartered financial institution, and spent the past year renovating it. Upgrades included a new front entrance and renovated lobby, as well as a revamped break room with roll-up glass doors that open directly onto a gated outdoor courtyard. The redo also included upgrades to the main office area, as well as warehouse storage areas, which can be converted into office, if needed.
Worth is marketing Austin Highway Business Center as a call center, as the building contains six fiber lines, which are served by two substations.
