84 New Apartments Open in Queens

Another 84 new apartments are about to open at at The Pavilion at Locust Manor, at 171-04 Baisley Blvd. in the St. Albans neighborhood of Queens

“Located near Jamaica’s main transportation hub, the Pavilion at Locust Manor is in a prime area with access to public schools, libraries, healthcare facilities, retail centers, and cultural institutions,” said Eric Enderlin, president New York City Housing Development Corporation.

The rents will start at just $368 a month for a studio. The rents throughout the building will be affordable to low and very-low-income households. City officials are now holding its lottery to potential residents — the deadline to apply is August 14.
