$810K per Apartment for Upper East Side Building
An investor paid $12.15 million for a five-story, walk-up building with 15 apartments at 210 E. 95th St. in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. That works out to a high selling price of $810,000 per unit.
“The buyer secured a well-positioned walk-up with low maintenance and significant in-place cash flow in an area that will continue to benefit from the expansion of the Second Ave. Subway” said Hall Oster of Cushman & Wakefield, who with Tom Gammino, Teddy Galligan, Brett Weisblum and Tim O’Brien represented the seller in the transaction.
The property includes a landscaped roof deck open to all tenants, high-end finishes, in-unit washer dryers and a gas-fired boiler.
