80-Unit Apartment Building in Geneva Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Pepper Valley Apartments, an 80-unit apartment property located in Geneva, Illinois. Senior Managing Director Ryan Engle and Senior Vice President Andrean Angelov, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer was secured and represented by Engle and Angelov. The property sold for the list price. The team also conducted several property tours and received multiple offers from qualified investors before the complex went under contract.

Located at 2127 Pepper Valley Drive, the property features convenient access to Route 38 and is one and one-half miles from downtown Geneva and the Metra station. Originally built in 1974, the property is near and is near Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital and offers a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, garage parking, ample parking, and an on-site laundry facility.
