80 Pine St. Set for Lobby Makeover

The Rudin Family has launched a major redesign and renovation of the lobby at 80 Pine St. in Lower Manhattan. It’s being undertaken in conjunction with Rudin’s recently launched leasing and marketing campaign at the 1.2-million-square-foot office tower, which occupies a full block between Pearl and Water streets.

Rudin commissioned architectural firm Fogarty Finger Architecture to design a modernized ground floor lobby and entryways for 80 Pine St. The reimagined lobby can provide a building-within-a-building opportunity for a major tenant.

“We are proud of our stewardship of 80 Pine Street, which we built in 1960 and have owned and managed ever since,” said Samantha Rudin, SVP of Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings. “As a member representing the fourth generation of the family business, we are excited to build upon our legacy as well as to revitalize, modernize and reinvest in this important Downtown office tower.”
