Beacon Partners sold eight area buildings, totaling about 2.3 million square feet, to Artemis Real Estate Partners for $344.2 million. The Charlotte Business Journal reports that most of the buildings are in the vicinity of the Carolina Logistics Park in Pineville.

The transactions include a 525,624-square-foot building at 11925 Carolina Logistics Drive, which was fully leased by W.W. Grainger Inc. in 2023. Others include a 525,000 square foot warehouse leased to The Campbell’s Co. at 10230 Pineville Distribution St., and a number of other buildings between 170,000 and 235,000 square feet.

Artemis was recently acquired by Barings. At the time, Artemis had $11 billion under management. Beacon has invested $2.8 billion around the Carolinas. The company has either developed or acquired 33.8 million square feet.
