767 3rd Ave Completes $53M Renovation

Sage, formerly known as Sage Realty Corporation and The William Kaufman Organization, has unveiled the newly redesigned ground-level experience at 767 Third Avenue, marking a $53 million transformation of the Class-A office tower and Oasis amenity space.

Originally designed by FXCollaborative Architects in the early 1980s, the building now benefits from a revitalized lobby concept that enhances transparency and flow. Using vertically cantilevered, curved glass with four insulated and laminated layers, the lobby looks to build an immersive and inviting atmosphere.

“We believe the reimagined 767 Third Avenue is the premier property on Third Avenue for tenants seeking boutique office space,” says Jonathan Kaufman Iger, CEO & President of Sage Realty. “This iconic property hosts a dynamic offering of spaces, services and programming curated to inspire our Tenants and Members, and exceed their evolving needs.”
