747 Third Sees Six-Pack of Leasing Deals

The William Kaufman Organization has signed six leases totaling 14,948 square feet at its 747 Third Ave. They include renewals by Long Point Capital (3,929 square feet) and accountants Joseph Moshkovsky and Melvin Ginsberg (1,740 and 1,487 square feet, respectively); an 1,837-square-foot direct lease by subtenant Isomer Partners LP; and new leases by Russian Standard Vodka (3,850 square feet) and Tri Span USA LLC (2,105 square feet).

Michael Lenchner, VP and director of leasing of Sage Realty Corporation, the leasing and management division of WKO, represented ownership in-house in all six transactions, along with a JLL leasing team of Frank Doyle, Cynthia Wasserberger, David Kleiner, Harlan Webster and Hayley Shoener.

NKF’s Bill Levitsky and Daniel Madison represented Isomer Partners, and Kirill Azovtsev of JLL advised Russian Standard Vodka. Robert Baraf of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ginsberg. Lenchner dealt directly with Tri Span USA, Long Point Capital and Moshkovsky.
