The 234-unit, 736-bed develop will offer nine unique floor plans, ranging from one- to five-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 559 SF to 2,025 SF. Each unit will be equipped with modern finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washer and dryers.

The Saltus will feature a variety of community amenities, including a resort-style pool, poolside cabanas, and outdoor recreational activities such as table tennis, two pickleball courts, a dog park, corn hole area, and an outdoor amphitheater.
