73-Acre Stacy Green MXU Gets Council Go-Ahead

Provident Realty Advisors, in partnership with Glaser Retail, has gotten the okay from the Allen (TX) City Council to begin developing the mixed-use Stacy Green. The 73-acre Stacy Green will go north at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road, which is the last vacant corner on one of the busiest intersections in Allen.

The development will have a mix of retail and office space, as well as apartments. A theater and hotel are also planned. More than 600 rental units and half a million square feet of office, commercial and retail buildings will be on the site. A 13-acre greenbelt and park along Cottonwood Creek will also be part of the plan.

GFF and Architecture Demarest are the architects. Stream Realty Partners is working with the developers on the office portion of the project.
