72-Acre Parcel Sells to Quasar Logistics

Quasar Logistics IAH Ltd. acquired 71.8 acres at U.S. 59 and Rankin Road in Humble, TX. The land site was previously marketed as International Logistics Park by the seller, Platinum Ridge LP, with a buildout of up to 900,000 square feet of industrial space.

NAI Partners’ Clay Pritchett represented the buyer in the transaction, while NAI Partners’ John Ferruzzo, Nick Peterson, and Ryan Searle advised the seller. The new owner is planning to reposition the property to meet demand within logistics and distribution centers in north Houston.

“Quasar is a local real-estate investment group that purchased that site speculatively, with no immediate plans to develop,” Pritchett said. “However, NAI Partners will be marketing the site for Quasar and will be entertaining any potential industrial build-to-suit opportunities that may arise.”
